An American partial puller with an open bell with cap lifter hook and wire breaker spike. The wooden handle is marked underneath WALKER'S PATENT DO NOT PULL. TURN CORK OUT. The top of the handle advertises S.S. PIERCE CO. BOSTON. It is in reasonable condition with scuff marks to the varnish of the handle where it has laid in a drawer.
